I’ve made re-usable monthly themes that will help me maximize my time and energy and I’ve applied these themes to my virtual treatment room. I started making these during the COVID-19 lockdown, but I’ve actually found that they’re as helpful and motivating for in-person appointments as they are for the online ones! I’ll update my room with new pictures and links each month.
