Wildlife Sensory Bin

For my wildlife sensory bin I decided to use popcorn kernels (the kids love these each year and I like to use them in fall) and add wildlife minis. I’ve gathered these minis from various products, including the pets Toobs from Safari Ltd (I actually have 2 of them!), the North American wildlife Toobs from Safari Ltd, and the Terra by Battat miniature animals (which used to be available at Target). The kids can play in the sensory bin in any way they’d like (that doesn’t spread germs), but here are some ideas for incorporating miniatures into speech & language treatment…
